Finding Hope in the Journey - My Struggle with Mental Health

I want to begin by acknowledging the darkness that mental health issues can bring into our lives. Whether it's anxiety, depression, or any other condition, these battles can often leave us feeling isolated, misunderstood, and overwhelmed. It's crucial to recognize that there is no shame in struggling with mental health; it is a common human experience. 


I, too, have faced the challenges that mental health issues. There have been moments when I felt like I was drowning in despair, questioning whether I would ever find relief. However, through my faith, I discovered the power of hope and the strength to persevere. I also embarked on a transformative journey that led me to write a book called "Identified: 31 Day Affirmations with Bible Verses. With each passing day, I began to write affirmations that resonated deeply with me.
